Similar threads have been started before as lot of LUD's have been seen on 07/22 07/28 08/05 and 08/12. I think concensus was that this has nothing to do with 485 data entry as check cashing did not match the LUD dates. But interesting pooint raised in this thread that it might be about which july apps to batch transfer from LIN to SRC. 07/22 might be around the time when LIN started to look at first few july filers apps.

Lot of people just say if u want to complaint about your employer who is exploiting go to DOL. There is no specific guidance to it. If anyone knows about it or done in the past please post the links here. How to know the blacklisted company and how to add a company as blacklisted.
Following are the most common criteria I heard
1) Employer did not ran the pay check even though he/she worked for that employer
2) Employer Deducts money for H1B filing, bench period etc.,etc.,
3) Employer Deducts money for GC lawyer and application expenses but did not provide information about lawyer or any progress of GC or partially information of GC.. (I heard from my friends company they filed around 80 people on July 2007 and collected money for lawyer expense but they did not had any lawyer)
4) Deducting money for Bench period in advance...

1) The award you submitted was academic in nature. USCIS maintains that student awards such as fellowships, scholarships do not meet this criteria. Do you have anythingelse that is nationally recognized? Show me the evidence.
2) You submitted your work at research meetings. That is what researchers are supposed to do. How is your work is above and beyond what is out there in those meetings? "Consequently, it does not follow that all scientists who are asked to present their findings enjoy sustained acclaim in their field". Show me how your presentation history exceeds others.
3) Show the clear evidence that you have performed a leading and critical role in your organization.
4) You published several papers. But scientists are supposed to publish and dessiminate their work. Please resubmit updated citation listing. Please submit objective listing that your publication history exceeds the rest of the field.
Gurus... do I have a chance with these questions. I don't have any other national or international award such as Presidential Medal or Nobel Prize.
My presentation at international conferences are posters. Nothing great such as plenary talk.
I can submit more evidence of publications and citations.
Letter about my role and responsibilities as leader in my institution.
Thats it. Do I have a chance?

I got my PWD today!!
Filed on 5th Jan and received today.
Next, the LC waiting period starts!!
My LC was approved on 07/07/2010.

It's not an optional or goodwill thing. With a little bit of googling around here's what I found:
Notify the INS and pay for transportation. Most employment-related visas require the employer to notify the INS when an alien has been fired so that INS can revoke the visa. "Employers are obligated to pay for return travel for that employee back to their home country," Topoleski tells HRWire. Employers who do not comply with these responsibilities are risking being subject to continuing wage obligations for the employee. He has to walk up and down the whole stretch every month in the second week to determine what's ripe and what's not. He then comes back with his helpers with baskets . There might be some accidental drops of ripe mangoes which get lost for a while :) Just my analogy of EB immigration .

First step, you should ask your attorney or company to call USCIS and mention that your 140 is outside processing time and also you had responded to an RFE , it has passed standard response/decision time (usually 60 days) - ask the CSR to open an SR. For the most cases that I know, this has triggered a decision with in 45 days from the date of SR. Hope this helps.
